On my visit in Visaginas (op north east in Lithuania) I saw a lot of great nature, but I did also do some seightsightseeing in the town… what really amazed me was how the town was sort of situated in the forrest… so forrest in between the different areas of the town, and with forrest I dont mean those planted alleys and parks, but forrest that was there before Visaginas!
But Vigaginas did also have some bars and a couple of restaurants - and one place caught my attention - this place they sell Carlsberg, but people should please leave their Guns and Bombs outside… it reminds me a bit of Copenhagen, here we cant bring SoftIce into the busses….

Upgrading my iPhone 1. generation to iPhone 2.0 software

NOT!

Been looking at some of the guides out there (on the Internet) describing how to upgrade the ‘old’ iPhone from version 1. software to the new generation 2.0 software and the following comments from users about looping, problems with calls (rather important for me), old iPhone apps not compatible and no access to contacts ect… so as with every new releash of software it seems like its good to wait a bit… for the company to sort out the bugs!
I’m certainly happy with my ‘old’ unlocked iPhone, so….

Per Klixbüll sniffing lighter gas

Hehe, I just stubled over this rather old picture - its back from the University time in Odense… and Per Klix is trying to show how he sniffs ligher gas… and I’m the impressed guy..

Facts: the pictures is taken back in Septermber 1994 and check it out - Per’s not bald…
It must have been at some official thing (cant remember which), because we’re both with name-badges - I just remember that Per (already creative at that time) decided that we didnt want to make a too formal picture…

Per, I’m still deeply impressed!

Grøn Koncert on Sunday (Green concert)

Sunday its time for Grøn Koncert (Green Concert) in the Valby suburb (to Copenhagen). Grøn Koncert is a bunch of summer concerts in several Danish Cities like Århus, Esbjerg, Odense and Copenhagen (in Valby). Grøn Koncert has been around for 26. years and has always been sponsored by Tuborgs green label beer (explains the name.. Grøn Koncert) and the profit goes to Muskelsvind Fond (a fond made for people with muscular dystrophy), so great music and beers and the profit goes to a good cause… so nice…

This year the lineup will be:
- MC’s Fight Night ( its gonna be so cool!)
- Magtens Korridorer ( not my favorit, but not too bad either)
- Spleen United ( an interesting still upcoming band - rather Depeche Mode inspired..)
- Burhan G (hmmmm… time to find get beers and some food ect..)
- DAD (great Danish rock band - has been around for so long time and still getting stronger..)
- Nik og Jay ( soft hip-hop R’N'B for the teenage girls… )
- Suspekt ( hardcore porn Hip Hop, bring your kids home! Sooo COOL!)
- Aqua (a comeback… hmmm)

The weather is forecasted to be really really nice, so cold beers for me in the sun!!!
Looking really forward to see Suspekt!

Back from 10 days in Lithuania

Back at the office from 10 nice days in Lithuania, so now its time again for some blogging.

Been at the Addvisors Vilnius office - soon there will be an Addvisors Riga office!

In 1.Q consult we had a boardmeeting where CEO Thomas Rønlev showed us some big and interesting clients using our services and some big coming in soon - more on this later…

And then I used whole last week up in Visaginas with my girlfriend visiting her parents - Visaginas is the Lithuanian town up north with the Nuclear Power Plant ( Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant) providing most of the Lithuanian electricity and with a great area of forest of lakes - a really beautiful area… and yes, I did swim several times in these clean lakes…..

New manager at Wild Orchid Villa!

As some of you might remember Thomas Sørensen and I did have a very bad experience at Wild Orchid Villa in April 2007, and now the new manager Jackie at Wild Orchid Villa has been commenting on of my blog post and invited me to try them out again - new manager, new staff and renovation of the rooms - certainly interesting.

I’m not planning for Thailand or Bangkok within the next months, but sometimes in the fall or maybe in spring 2009… anyway I’m pretty sure I will give it a try, especially now that Jackie is writing me like this.
(wondering if I should say ‘hello’ or not… - anyway got some months to thing about that..)

Buakaw Por. Pramuk lost by KO at K-1 WORLD MAX 2008 yesterday

Shitty day yesterday - Buakaw Por. Pramuk lost at the K-1 World Max 2008, so he wont be at the final in October.. and worst, it was by KO - he has never got KO’ed before.
I really hope this makes him even more focused for the next fights…

Nyhedsbrevet Business og Kelsus Enterprise Ltd.

Hvem mon Business Nyhedsbrevet Ltd og Kelsus Enterprise Ltd. beliggende Lars Bjørnsstræde 3 i Kbh er?

I går fik jeg et brev stilet til Addvisors ApS med en opkrævning på 496 kr. (66,47 Euro) for deres Nyhedsbrevet Business, som ‘leveres sammen med Deres avis, lige til døren’ - i sig selv en spændende udfordring, da jeg slet ikke holder en traditionel avis… læser udelukkende online nyheder..
Derudover fangede denne tekst mig ‘Nyhedsbrevet udkommer 2 gang årligt, næste gang den 5. januar 2009′ - what?? så Nyhedsbrevet Business sender Kelsus Enterprise Ltd. altså til mig med den avis, som jeg ikke holder, og de gør det KUN 2 gange, startende 5. januar 2009 - altså skal jeg også betale 496 kr. over et halvt år forud til Kelsus Enterprise Ltd.
Også lidt mærkeligt med et Ltd…. ikke helt unormalt, men dog skærpede det min ‘nysgerrighed’ - var Kelsus Enterprise Ltd. mon ude på at snyde mig??

Jeg kunne vel ringe til Kelsus! Nej, det er intet telefonnummer eller email på og i brevet… strange!

Så kan Krak vel hjælpe mig - nope, Nyhedsbrevet Business eller Kelsus giver intet positivt resultat?!
Hvad med Lars Bjørnsstræde 3? - nope.. intet resultat - fordi det staves ‘Larsbjørsstræde’ - så Kelsus Enterprise Ltd. har altså formået at stave deres adresse forkert både på konvolutten og i brevet - begynder at lugte en del af et skam - mon der findes et Nyhedsbrevet Business?

Google Maps gav heller ikke noget resultat på Kelsus eller Nyhedsbrevet Business….

En sidste chance for Kelsus må være at ‘google’ dem - 19 resultater og intet med dem!

Med chance for at beskylde et uskylding firma for noget, så sidder jeg i hvert tilfælde med en følelse af at Kelsus Enterprise Ltd. har forsøgt på at snyde mig til at betale de 496 kr. for Nyhedsbrevet Business, som jeg aldig tidligere har abonneret på, og som jeg er meget usikker på nogensinde vil udkommer… ja, og så er 496 kr. vel også en del for et nyhedsbrev, som udkommer 2 gange, og først gang 5. januar 2009.

Kom igen Kelsus!

Btw jeg hører gerne fra jer, hvis jeg nu skulle være helt forkert i min antagelse, og I bare har været uheldige med ikke at få jeres telefonnummer på, jeres website ikke er blevet indexeret af Google endnu og trykkeren har skrevet jeres adresse forkert ect… vi kan alle have en dårlig dag….
