after a day with lots of ice on the knee and some pills…
Yeah, it seems like its going fine with no pain, but I guess the pills are doing their job.
Btw it was amazing how fast it went yesterday at the Parkens Privathospital - I arrived at 09.00, got some pills at 09.10, was on the ‘bench’ at 09.25, passed out at 09.30, got waken up at 10.15 by the nurses, got some food at 10.40, got instructions around 11.00, briefing by Uffe Jørgensen at 11.45 and got picked up by my friend Lars at 12….. little more than 3 hours and I was sitting in my sofa with ice on my knee - thats really fast!

Just a very short piece of blogging - the knee surgery this morning went very well - Uffe Jørgensen did a great job and told me later that the injury in my knee was smaller than feared…  the right meniscus was in fact not injured, but only some ‘lesser parts’ around it, so the knee should be as ‘good as new’…

Yes, time is now closing in for my first surgery in my right knee - its such a shame that its needed it this knee, too - 4 times in my left one is pretty much enough for me… but I’m in fact also looking forward to get it done - its annoying to walk around with a knee acking a bit and just not perfectly ok, so lets get it done, so I can go diving in August!

Looking for a new Internet provider!!! My shitty provider TDC decided to follow the censorship decision and block the access to a website in another country because the content doesnt follow Danish rules - exactly the same reason why China blocks soooo many IP’s…

But at least the dont keep my IP for trying to go to this baaaad website… like I care (but maybe I should.. after censorship what will be next??)

Anybody know about a better Internet provider in Denmark?

Its not everytime you get a banner-proposal from one of your creative guys you should be listning…
This guys is NOT selling used cars but is in fact trying to sell investments in German real estate…  would you buy from a guy with this banner?

A great thanx to SAS for delaying my plane (again) from 20.35 to 22.00 - stucked in the Arlanda airport - and finding SAS not even having the decency to invite me into their lounge, but in fact denying me that service - its rather interesting how they always manage to keep their delays under the 2 hours that otherwise would have cost them….

Yes, I do admit I’m not the greatest Cognac fan… usually I prefer a Single Malt Whisky by far!
But this Cognac served to my by my father was really good - do try Chateau de Fontpinot, Grand Champagne, Reserve de Chateau… it was soooo nice!

You have probably, just like me, been getting these calls from companies wating you to buy some candy, tea and pencils ect. where they donate a lot to selected organizations… in the right terms a commercial fundraising company…  but did you know that some of them donate as little as 10% of the sales price? thats not much at all.
Yesterday the TV station TV2 looked at the methods (usually forgetting to tell the percentage) and percentages donated from 2  companies - www.buy-aid.dk and www.make-help.dk - both donated a low 10%…  and www.buy-aid.dk even show their nice profit figures on their website and promise never to earn more profit that they donate…  I dont find 1-to-1 as a lot!
Shame on you - and I certainly dont want any more calls from the nice and wellspeaking guy from Make-Help, who always tells me how much it matters for the kids with cancer if my company joins in…. DONT CALL!

They have been making criminal acts for several days in a row trying to stop the fine democracy in Denmark, but without the wanted effect - that violence can win any debate…
The fact is that the house is being brought down right now…..

Yes, Friday and Saturday was just 2 extra days (evenings and nights) where supporters of the house (Ungdomshuset) tried to make a statement with ‘peaceful’ demonstrations - but also 2 days where the peaceful part was violent hidden by the criminal elements in this alternative movement and lots of small time criminals taken the posibility to join the ‘fun’…. Every evening and night I was first hand witness to this violence just by looking out my window to see how these criminals showed no respect for our democracy, other peoples property and the police who’s there for us…. and to the spectator sheeps hanging out on the streets (all night long to see the violence), your pasive partaking is just as disgusting…. go get a life!
