Even better Christmas presents for the kids!

It seems like the US association ‘US group National Institute on Media and the Family’ has made a list of the 10 most ‘dangerous’ computer games for the kids – games that this group think you SHOULDNT give your kids…

Wow, I see that more like a BIG recommendation!

So remember the following computer games has been tested by ‘US group National Institute on Media and the Family’ and has been found violent, not political correct and for sure great fun:

  • Assassin’s Creed
  • Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare
  • Conan
  • The Darkness
  • Clive Barker’s Jericho
  • Kane & Lynch: Dead Men
  • Manhunt 2
  • Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles
  • John Woo Presents Stranglehold
  • Timeshift

This one I’m pretty sure Dan will buy for his wife (sorry to spoil the surprise…) – Dan is travelling several times a week, this way she wont miss him… ;-)

Yallahrup Færgeby- the new Xmas serie in Denmark

Wow! DR (the state funded Danish TV station) has made another Xmas serie (julekalender) with an edge and full of the Danish humor (sometimes rather misunderstod by foreigners). Anyway I’m looking very much forward to follow the ‘life’ in Yallahrup Færgeby!

What’s ‘Skambutis’?

Seing this advertisement I learned a new Lithuanian word… not really sure what to use it for or what it means, but I do think it sound a bit funny and it gives some wierd associations…

Is it something like ’shame’ = skam (at least in Danish..) – so Skambutis will be ‘Shame on you’? probably because the girls talks to much in her mobile… Skambutis to her! ;-)

(ouch, sure I wont be welcome by my Lithuanian friends anymore…)

The secret weapon of the Lithuanian men

Walking around in the beautilful old town of Vilnius I suddenly find the secret weapon of the Lithuanian men – the weapon that for ages and still in Lithuania keeps the women at home in the kitchen (and the bad foreignes away)….
