Nicholas Pettas to fight in K-1 PREMIUM 2007 Dynamite

Sunday, December 30th, 2007

2007 has been quite a tough year for Danish Nicholas Pettas (living and fighting out of Japan…) - on the edge of 2006 Nicholas Pettas started up his K1 fighting carreer again by taking on Badr Hari..  resulting in a bad injury…. and in August 2007 he lost by KO by Peter Aerst…  but the great this is that Nicholas Pettas is determined about his K1 fighting carreer and his next fight will be tomorrow in the New Year K-1 PREMIUM 2007 Dynamite show from Osaka, Japan!
Its really cool seeing this great Karate-ka and fighter in K1 - his great kicks were missed! Best of luck to Nicholas Pettas!

Christian Hartvig was also a Bruce Springsteen concert ticket pusher…

Saturday, December 29th, 2007

I’m sorry (and so was he… big time) that I forget to mention my friend Christian Hartvig as the co-pusher of Bruce Springsteen concert tickets for the summer 2008 concert!
Thanx Christian!

Klodsmajor is a candidate for the Danish e-handelsprisen

Friday, December 28th, 2007

Klodsmajor had a really great Chrismas sale with a LOT of new customers in the e-shop - Susanne has never packed and send out so many toys…  and I know for sure that she’s taking a welldeserved rest just now…  ;-)
And now it turns out that Klodsmajor also is a candidate for the Danish e-handelsprisen (the Danish award for the best e-commerce solutions) in the categori ‘Nystarterprisen’ (the startup prize) - that is certainly a very nice extra Christmas present!
(I’m of course not a member of the e-handelsprisens jury group involved with ‘Nystarterprisen)

Merry Christmas and…

Toppik - it must be a joke!

Just found this advertisement on Facebook…
For a Dane it rather funny and not something you would by with that name..
Toppik

(Hint: Pik has nothing to do with hair in Danish…)

Even better Christmas presents for the kids!

Saturday, December 8th, 2007

It seems like the US association ‘US group National Institute on Media and the Family’ has made a list of the 10 most ‘dangerous’ computer games for the kids - games that this group think you SHOULDNT give your kids…

Wow, I see that more like a BIG recommendation!

So remember the following computer games has been tested by ‘US group National Institute on Media and the Family’ and has been found violent, not political correct and for sure great fun:

  • Assassin’s Creed
  • Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare
  • Conan
  • The Darkness
  • Clive Barker’s Jericho
  • Kane & Lynch: Dead Men
  • Manhunt 2
  • Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles
  • John Woo Presents Stranglehold
  • Timeshift

And thanx to Danish online magazine Comon to bring this to my attention….

Need input for the Christmas presents?

Saturday, December 8th, 2007

My good friend Dan send me some input for the Christmas presents to share..

This one I’m pretty sure Dan will buy for his wife (sorry to spoil the surprise…) - Dan is travelling several times a week, this way she wont miss him… ;-)

I’m again in the jury at e-handelsprisen

Thursday, December 6th, 2007

Today was the day for the jury kick-off meeting at e-handelsprisen 2008 (the Danish award for the best e-commerce solutions) and I was again invited to be in the jury - and again in the category ‘Internationalisering’ (like in ‘going international’). It was really great seeing a lot of people from last year (time) and a bunch of ‘new’ faces, too.

First step before we meet again is to wait for all the new and ‘mature’ great Danish websites to submit them selves to the competition.. So guys and girl, are you the ones who did it great in 2007?
Personally I’m really looking forward to see the websites - its was impressive last time, and I’m sure it’ll be even better this time.

Xmas is here!

Benjamin got us tickets for Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band

Tuesday, December 4th, 2007

My brother Peter called me from early morning because the tickets for this summers Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band in Copenhagen was on sale from 10.00 and Peter was at that time busy with his hands inside some strangers head… Peter is a dentist… ;-)
Anyway I was of course ready when the online sales started at 10.00 and as usual the website runned by Billetlugen was working like SHIT! I never got through at all - that site and their servers are a disgrace… and just now its down for repair… lamers!
BUT luckily my best friend Benjamin decided to go to a shop to get the tickets at 10.00 - and he managed to get 2 extra, sooooo Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band tickets for Peter and I, too!! Thanx Benjamin!
