airBaltic is violating FlyLAL’s trademark in Google AdWords
In a rutine checkup by Skaiste Knyzaite, CEO Addvisors Vilnius, she discovered that airBaltic was violating FlyLAL’s trademark in their use of Google AdWords and after a couple of talks with the people at FlyLAL they decided to go the legal way now asking for 1,45 million Euro for the loss of revenue caused by this unfair action.

So AirBaltic thought they could just use FlyLAL’s brand as their keyword - how unprofessional is that by AirBaltic?

Hi Jack!
Yeah, it is shocking that a rather large company like airBaltic is involved in a misuse of trademark on Google AdWords - I guess it because it’s rather easy to advertise there (and include competitors brands - in some cases) and not everybody cares or gives trademarks a thought…. but these people forget that the proofs are very easy accessible (screenshots and Google’s helpfull staff) - airBaltic will remember now…
