My friend Benjamin got us some tickets to a test show by Anders ‘Anden’ Matthesen yesterday and it was great fun - Anden presented the show as a test of a lot of ideas that he’s was playing with for his coming show, so it was a very loose standup like show, but also a very funny And we got here.. and he kept us laughing for a little more than 2 hours… GREAT

Did order the new Smashing Pumpkins record Zeitgeist at BangCD, so now I just need to wait 5-7 days for this great record - really looking forward to hear it.

At the Gym today again and again I was cycling..  20 minutes and a little more than 8 Km - and no problems at all….  but unfortunately I dont feel good when decending stairs..

And now its Tour de France with ice on the knee…Michael Rasmussen is now kicking some mountain ass!
