Other people having trouble in Khao San road
It seems like Thomas and I was fare from the only people having trouble in the Khao San Road area - my experience with the very unfriendly manager and staff at Wild Orchid Villa always get to my mind when I read stories like the one Carolien is telling here.

They must be really tired of cleaning up toilets after unpaying customers.
Some of the places we were at KSR, I noticed you had to pay before entering the toilets. It’s probably a problem down there, the restaurants don’t wanna let beer drinkers from the street use their toilets.
This story though is crazy. You, the traveller really just have to keep sane, they should’ve proposed to pay for the toilet visit after being asked if she wanted to die or something. But yeah, well, violence over a toilet visit, haha.. ting tong.
