I did only spend a bit more than 24 hours with my father and in that short time I got convinced that even being 81 years old doesnt inflict on his appetite on icecream and cake…. he ate just as much ice cream as I did… and a lot more cake…

Yes, I do admit I’m not the greatest Cognac fan… usually I prefer a Single Malt Whisky by far!
But this Cognac served to my by my father was really good - do try Chateau de Fontpinot, Grand Champagne, Reserve de Chateau… it was soooo nice!
My father Ib Klintø had his birthday Friday - 81 years old now…
We were all invited to lunch at a nice restaurant in my hometown Esbjerg… and it was really a nice lunch and great Single Malt Whisky and Cognac afterwards at his home.
Of course my father had no wishes as all… thats news… ;-) so I got help from Denice at the Addvisors office - she help me prepare a personal gift card and this is how she imagine me serving homemade sushi and Single Malt Whisky for my father… please don laugh..

Ølbaren at Elmegade is my favorite local one beer bar - the first local one and founded by my former neighbour Jan - Ølbaren has a great selection of beers on tap and none of it is the standard stuff you find in ordinary bars…. and they have even got their own beer and a no smoking policy.. I likeeeeee
A bit away from Denmark the small microbrewery and restaturant Avilys is situated in the old town in Vilnius - first of all the place is cosy… the beautiful Old Town of Vilnius, downstairs in the cellar, the tables, the old stonewalls and all the equipment ect…
BUT not to forget the 3 nice beers they make - a really great place for some local brewed beers with some friends!
Oh yes, Miltersen is certainly a cool producer, rockstar of Sepiamusic and the Art Director in Addvisores, but that doesnt stop him in being an amber lover just like my friend Benjamin - dont they look happy being in THE amber cíty Vilnius?

and Puffy or P. Diddy or whatever was just as weak a rapper and dancer as his bank account is big… Diddy even managed to fuck up his strongest hit Bad Boy For Life with too much remix…
Snoop played some of the best ones from the new album and of course old stuff like Gin & Juice - sweet! and he even told about the weed he wanted to smoke now that he wasnt in Sweden anymore…
And Stilbo and the guys managed to book a table at a local cafe - great timing - beers and no line… and maybe one Puffy song short… I likeeeee
